Admin, sao không thể tạo newthread hay reply được???

Tôi muốn reply bài trong thread này mà sao không được? Sao vậy điều kiện post reply này là gì vậy?

Thấy mục ảnh số đưa lên nhưng tui cũng không thể tạo được thread mới trong chủ đề này?
